The Pink Boutique Return Policy

Please review the Return Policy before placing an order.
Please keep all original packing material and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be returned.
Please be certain to have been recently fitted for a mastectomy bra prior to ordering.

We strive to make you happy with your purchase and it is important to us that all of our products and services meet the highest standards. If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of some of our products and our adherence to strict safety precautions, certain products are not returnable under any circumstances. Please see “EXCEPTIONS”.

While we cannot administer medical advice, our customer service team members are available to assist you with the ordering of any mastectomy garment. We have trained mastectomy fitters available to help you with your order. We are available Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. 

TRYING ON YOUR PRODUCTS You may try an item on for fit, but it may not be worn, and the original tags MUST be attached. We suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying the items on. We will NOT accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, pet hair, smell of smoke or heavy perfume, or are damaged in any way. (For health and safety reasons, a few products may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. See the list of products below under “EXCEPTIONS”.)

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/PACKING ERRORS If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged or defective merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order. In the rare instance that we mistakenly ship you the wrong product or the product has a factory defect, simply contact us. We may send you via US Mail a pre-paid shipping label so you may return the item.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS In the event a confirmed order is refused by buyer (or buyer’s agent) you will be charged for the actual cost of shipping to you. Undeliverable orders due to an error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.

RETURNS Please refer to the complete return policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. Merchandise may only be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received for a full refund (minus any fees) back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached). Any return listed in the “EXCEPTIONS” section of this page or past the 30 day deadline will be refused and returned to you and will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

  • Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
  • Once your package is received please allow our returns department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.  

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned product to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the full process of your return. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

EXCHANGES Due to the volume of orders we receive both in store and online, we are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we suggest placing a new order for item/size you would like immediately and sending the other back for a full refund.

EXCEPTIONS Any item with a crotch such as panties or panty girdles, swimsuits, self-adhesive breast forms, wound care or single use items, opened skin care products, custom made items, compression garments or any SALE ITEMS and wigs are are a FINAL SALE No returns or Exchanges.

PACKAGING Please make sure all tags and manufacturer’s boxes are exactly how they were shipped to you. The items were carefully packed to protect their packaging, wires, shape, etc. Be sure to pack the product to protect the original box and contents during shipment. Returned items must be in their original packaging including all original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. Do NOT mark on the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept any returns if packaging is not in its original condition.

If the original packaging is damaged due to poor shipping packaging, when returned, we will either not accept the package or assess a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Discretionary Policy on Late Returns: We reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns received more than 30 days from the original shipping date. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. No return or exchange older than 60 days from the date of shipment will be accepted for either a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
